David Stanton

President & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Stanton joined APTwater as President  & Chief Executive Officer in 2010 to accelerate the company’s growth initiatives and expand APTwater service offerings. Before joining APTwater, Mr. Stanton was Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for Southwest Water Company.  Previously, Mr. Stanton served as an Executive Vice President of EarthTech, Inc., a division of Tyco International.  At EarthTech, Mr. Stanton led the International Asset Management Division focused on design, build, operation and finance of water and wastewater projects worldwide. He also served as EarthTech's interim Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Corporate Development where he was responsible for all financial functions and acquisition growth strategies focused on water technology and service companies. Mr. Stanton has also held senior management positions with a number of water and wastewater technology companies, such as Waterlink, Inc. and Wheelabrator Technologies, Inc. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University, New York.

Peter Bokor

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Bokor joined APTwater, Inc., as Chief Operating Officer in 2010. Before joining APTwater, Mr. Bokor was Vice President of Western Operations and Development for Ecovation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ecolab, Inc, a wastewater treatment and renewable energy solutions company. Previously, Mr. Bokor served as Vice President of Corporate Strategic Services for Earth Tech, Inc., where he established annual operating priorities for the company. Additionally, he provided strategic direction and program management while consulting for large industrial clients to resolve their water and remediation challenges. Mr. Bokor brings strategic and financial planning know-how as a result of his investment banking experience on Wall Street advising industrial clients on mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Bokor has an MBA from The Anderson School at the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Davis. He is a registered Mechanical Engineer in the state of California.

Terry Applebury

Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Applebury was a co-founder of the company which was started in 1996.  He is also one of the co-inventors of the company’s HiPox® process. Mr. Applebury served as President and CEO from 2000 to 2009 during which time he grew the company from a one-product start-up to an enterprise with expanded technology and service offerings. In 2010, Mr. Applebury moved to Chief Technology Officer to serve as advisor to the R&D Organization and support efforts to deliver a new water remediation system to market. Prior to joining APTwater, Mr. Applebury held significant management positions in both domestic and international organizations. During his 28-year tenure at Dow Chemical Corporation, he guided manufacturing in various chemical facilities, directed an agricultural chemical R&D process development organization, and he managed laboratory-to-market activities for five successful products. He has a Bachelors and a Masters degree in Chemical Engineering from Montana State University.

Mark Minter

President, Operating Services Group

Mr. Minter joined APTwater, Inc., as President of the Operating Services Group in 2010 to expand the water wastewater operations business. He will be responsible for compliance, safety, business development and overall financial performance of APTwater projects nationwide.  Prior to joining APTwater, Mr. Minter was Vice President and Managing Director of the Operations and Maintenance (O&M)  Division of Southwest Water Company where he lead start up teams, developed client relations, provided construction and engineering management, and managed external partners for water and wastewater projects throughout the United States. He has an established industry record of developing new business, developing and managing long term operator services agreements and managing failing projects to profitability. Previously Mr. Minter served as area Vice President for Veolia Water North America where he managed operations for numerous highly successful Industrial DBO’s (design, build, operate) projects. Mr. Minter has a Bachelors in Business Administration, Management from Texas A&M University.
