HiPOx PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
Applied’s HiPOx products are factory built, skid mounted or containerized units, easily transportable and re-deployable. HiPOx units are available in various footprints and capacities to accommodate specific site requirements for a range of flow and contaminant concentrations.
HiPOx systems are designed for specific applications with computer modeling based on data obtained during on-site pilot tests. All systems are available with options including but not limited to:
- PSA or liquid oxygen (LOX) feed systems
- Remote monitoring/SCADA via telephone
- Integrated with customer controls and SCADA
Three basic HiPOx product “platforms” are configured for individual applications:
HiPOx DW
Ideal for drinking water or other very high flow applications. The HiPOx DW destroys contaminants to meet potable water standards (MCLs) while minimizing the formation of byproducts such as bromate.
Flow rates: 250 – 2,500+ gpm
Ozone capacity: 10 – 500 lbs/day
Climate-controlled 8’ x 40’ container(s)

HiPOx SRS
Equipped with medium-to-high ozone capacities, the HiPOx SRS is suitable for high flows with low contaminant concentrations or low-to-high flows with high contaminant concentrations.

Flow rates: 3 – 250 gpm
Ozone capacity: 20 – 100 lbs/day
8’ x 24’ footprint, climate-controlled container

HiPOx HCU
A cabinet-sized unit with compact footprint for very small spaces, the HiPOx HCU has low-to-medium ozone capacities for low flow sites with low-to-moderate contaminant concentrations.
Flow rates: 3 – 160 gpm
Ozone capacity: 3 – 20 lbs/day
4’ x 8’ footprint
