PULSEOX PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
Applied’s PulseOx in-situ chemical oxidation systems are compact, easily transportable and re-deployable units. Every PulseOx system is equipped with a PLC and integrated controls that enable precise, customized control of variables such as the order, dose, and frequency of reagent injection to meet specific site treatment requirements. All PulseOx systems share value-added features including but not limited to the following:
- PLC for fully automated operation
- Integrated controls for custom injection of reagents
- Remote monitoring and control ensure high up-time and system performance
- High ozone flow rates for maximum distribution in the subsurface
- High ozone concentrations maximize contaminant destruction
- Compressed air maximizes the radius of influence at every injection point
- Compact, portable trailer-mounted or containerized equipment
- Easy integration with other technologies such as soil vapor extraction
Three basic PulseOx product “platforms” are appropriate for a broad range of applications:
PulseOx 1000 (P-1000)
 The P-1000 is ideal for larger, more heavily-impacted site with permeable soils.
The portable trailer houses the entire system, including an air dryer and compressor, a peroxide storage tank,
a PSA unit, one or more ozone generators, and fluid distributions manifolds. This system is designed to maximize
distribution of reagents at multiple injection points within a site’s treatment zone.
- 16ft trailer-mounted system (total external length is 21 ft. including trailer hitch)
- Up to 20 scfm O3, O2 and air at 30 psig
- Up to 120,000 ppmv ozone; 7.5 – 16 lbs/day at 30 psig
- Up to 75 gal/day H2O2 at 40 psig

| NEW! - PulseOx 100 (P-100) The newly released P-100 is a small, easy to operate unit with advanced pulsing technology for
small applications. This unit is also very effective for treatment of hot spots or use as a barrier technology to prevent plume migration.

MaxOx
Fabricated by our alliance partner, Groundwater & Environmental Services, Inc. (GES), MaxOx is a specially designed nested injection well used to deliver to the PulseOx in-situ chemical oxidation technology into the subsurface environment.
- Pre-fabricated for easy installation
- 6 to 8 ft.-long nested injection assembly
- Two ¾ inch diameter stainless steel assemblies for O3/O2 and H2O2 injection through specialty-fabricated diffusers
- Proprietary ozone diffuser
- Stainless steel hydrogen peroxide diffuser with check valve
