Randall Blank has held several executive management roles at SEACOR Holdings, Inc., including Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for the Environmental Service Segment, President of SEACOR Rigs, and President of the Environmental Division. Mr. Blank has also operated as Director of several SEACOR subsidiaries since January 1990.

Previously, Mr. Blank served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of SEACOR SMIT Inc. from December 1989 to September 2005 and as its Secretary from October 1992 to September 2005. In addition to serving as Director of APTwater, Inc., Mr. Blank currently serves as a Director of Globe Wireless. Previously, Mr. Blank also served as a Director of Chiles Offshore Inc.
