Mr. Minter joined APTwater, Inc., as President of the Operations and Maintenance Division in 2010. Mr. Minter has over 30 years of professional experience in the water and wastewater industry and he is responsible for expanding the company’s water and wastewater operations business. He is also responsible for compliance, safety, business development and overall financial performance of APTwater Services’ projects nationwide.

Prior to joining APTwater, Mr. Minter was Vice President and Managing Director of the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Division of Southwest Water Company where he lead start up teams, developed client relations, provided construction and engineering management, and managed external partners for water and wastewater projects throughout the United States. He has an established industry record of developing new business, developing and managing long term operator services agreements and managing failing projects to profitability.

Previously, Mr. Minter served as area Vice President for Veolia Water North America where he managed operations for numerous highly successful industrial DBO’s (design, build, operate) projects. Mr. Minter has a Bachelors in Business Administration, Management from Texas A&M University.
